Terms & Conditions of Stay. These Terms & conditions clarify and reinforce existing house policies.
Welcome to our rental property. By booking and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment - Direct bookings are confirmed by email and secured via bank transfer - A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed. Prices are stated in euros (€)
2. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations are fully refundable within 24 hours of booking confirmation - After 24 hours, bookings are non-refundable, unless we are able to rebook the dates in full. In case of early departure or no-show, no refund will be issued.
3. Pets Policy - Pets are welcome upon prior request only. A fee of €10 per pet per night applies, payable in advance or on arrival. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by their pets. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone on the property unless securely crated and well-behaved. There are cats and dogs who live in the village and around the property so pets must be kept on lead. There are semi-wild cats living outdoors around the property. They are not permitted inside the guest rooms. Guests with severe allergies should be aware of their presence.
5. Check-In and Check-Out. Check-in time: from 17h00. Check-out time: by 10h30. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
6. Damage and Liability. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property, its contents, or outdoor areas during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately. Charges may apply. We accept no liability for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
7. Invoices and Receipts. If you require a formal invoice or receipt, please notify us at the time of booking or during yourstay.
8. House Rules. No smoking indoors. No loud noise or parties (unless agreed prior to arrival) to respect other guests and neighbours.The maximum number of guests per room must not be exceeded.
9. Legal Information. This rental is operated in accordance with French law. In the event of any dispute, French law applies exclusively. The competent court is the Tribunal de Grenoble. This business operates as a professional furnished rental with para-hotel services in accordance with French law. 10. Agreement By confirming your reservation and making payment, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This serves as a binding agreement between guest and host.
